Rabbit farm

Since 1979, Valle Uno has operated one of Italy’s largest rabbit breeding facilities.
The farm is located in the hills of Rimini, close to the Republic of San Marino.
The absence of all kinds of emissions in the surrounding area minimises the environmental impact.

The type of farming practiced is “closed cycle”, i.e. it encompasses every stage of production from breeding to the end product.
The company pursues excellence in terms of the quality of the meat produced, through constant attention to animal welfare and careful selection of fodder used in feed rations.
Since 2020, Valle Uno has eliminated the use of all types of medicines, from weaning until the sale of the rabbit to the slaughterhouse.
The animals are marketed with antibiotic-free certification and Italy/Romagna origin.
