A mixture of natural hays from Italian fields, analyzed and selected to guarantee a DCAD value of less than 17 meq/100 g.
Fiber DCAD hay consists of selected forage of mixed grasses of graminaceous (Phleum pratense, Lolium italicum, Lolium perenne, Poa pratensis, Dactylis glomerata, Bromus inermis, Bromus catharticus), legumes (Medicago sativa) and cereal straw.
It is a highly palatable and extremely digestible forage, enabling animals consuming it to maintain high dry matter intake levels and outstanding performance.
Fiber DCAD hay is completely natural and GMO-free, processed solely by mechanical means as grinding, dedusting and pressing without adding any other ingredient or additive.
The fiber length (max 10 cm) also contributes to the shortening of the grinding time in the TMR preparation with consequent reduction of daily ration costs.
Instructions for use
Fiber DCAD hay can be used as the fibrous component of unifeed rations or administered ad libitum, with the appropriate supplements suggested by your dairy nutritionist.
Fiber DCAD hay is the fodder base for the ration of dry cows, particularly recommended in the phase prior to calving.
