Gruppo Carli’s organic barley is crop-rotated with alfalfa, which is known to cleanse and fertilize the land, and harvested and stored under the direct management of the group’s companies.
Gruppo Carli’s organic barley is widely used in the feed industry, due to its numerous beneficial effects for animal health, and particularly in nutritional formulations for cattle and pigs, thanks to its high lysine and niacin content and well-known tonifying and fortifying properties.
